Meet the Leaders Behind the Movement

At Five6seven8 Future Generations, our mission to empower the next generation of dancers is driven by the passion and expertise of Alissa Steyl and Reyn Mgida.

Alissa Steyl, a seasoned Latin & Ballroom dance instructor, spearheads our Alex’s Rising Stars program, combining her love for dance with a vision to uplift young talent through training and competition.
Reyn Mgida, Program Director of Five6seven8 Future Generations, oversees the development and implementation of our youth programs. With a strong focus on structure, mentorship, and community impact, Reyn works to ensure that each initiative supports both artistic excellence and personal development. Her role focuses on creating sustainable programs that equip young dancers with the skills, confidence, and life tools needed to succeed both within and beyond the dance environment.

Together, they form a leadership team committed to nurturing not only skilled dancers but confident, resilient young individuals. Their shared vision ensures that every child within Future Generations is supported in both their artistic journey and personal growth.
